1) Select your desired cover, note the "Code" and "Colour" for each type of cover.
2) Email your enquiries or orders to cust.service.woc@gmail.com
3) You will obtain a reply within 24 hours from your order, to check the availability of the stock.
4) Confirmation on price (item purchased) and delivery cost (Standard : Peninsular Malaysia - RM 6, East Malaysia - RM 14). Total cost of item purchased has to be paid to the respective bank account prior to delivery of the items. No refund of damage items are allowed unless mentioned in the Policy.
5) Delivery will be done within the same week, delivery code provided as well to track the package along the way.
6) Upon confirmation and receiving of order, customers are requested to provide feedback (via our feedback form) for quality improvement service.
